Amanda Ewald, MBA-HRM, is a seasoned professional in employee relations and human resources with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Scooter's Coffee since August 2021, Amanda previously held several positions at Kiewit from May 2014 to August 2021, including Senior Employee Relations & Immigration Specialist. Amanda's earlier career included diverse marketing roles, such as Marketing Director at Kitchens By Design and internships in marketing and promotions at various firms. Amanda holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from DePaul University.
