Additionally, Jay co-founded Boundless Enterprises, LLC, a holding company that encompasses Scooter's Coffee, Harvest Roasting, and Boundless Operations. Jay has served as Chief Operating Officer of Java Enterprises, Inc. since November 1997 and simultaneously held the position of President, overseeing various business operations. From November 1997 to May 2004, Jay was the Owner and President of Baker Aviation, a general aviation center. Jay Baker holds a B.S. in Aviation/Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completed between 1989 and 2001.
