Mon Henegar

Mon Henegar is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in account management, recruitment, and youth ministry. Currently serving as the District Sales & Operations Manager at Scooter's Coffee since September 2025, Mon has previously held roles such as Account Manager and Director of Recruitment with Magnolia Acquisitions, and Director of Recruiting Operations at Movement Marketing. Mon's experience also includes serving as the Youth & Young Adults Pastor at Rock Hills Church, where a strong emphasis was placed on spiritual growth and community building among youth. Additionally, Mon was a Female Student Ministry Resident at Two Rivers Church Tennessee. Mon holds a degree in Business and Sports Medicine from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Youth Ministry from Manhattan Christian College.
