Tong Hao currently serves as Site Design Manager at Scooter's Coffee since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tong held the position of Senior Design Manager at CAVA from January to July 2023. Tong’s extensive experience in the design field includes roles as Design Manager and Senior Project Designer at Starbucks Coffee Asia Pacific from November 2015 to December 2021, and Project Designer at Atelier Pacific for a brief period in 2015. Tong began a career in architecture as an Architectural Designer at LWK Partners (HK) Ltd. from July 2011 to March 2015, and gained early experience as an Urban Design Intern at the Urban Design Lab at Columbia's Earth Institute in 2010. Tong holds a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History/Visual Arts and Civil Engineering from Duke University.
