Lan N. began their career in 2010 as a Marketing Intern at Klout and a Summer Project Group Member at Deloitte. In 2011, they joined Klout as an Associate Product Manager and Senior Marketing Associate. In 2013, they moved to GoodGuide as a Product Manager. From 2015 to 2023, they worked at NerdWallet as a Senior Product Manager and Senior Growth Associate. Most recently, they have been a Senior Product Manager at Boundless Immigration since 2023, focusing on conversion to empower families to navigate the immigration system more confidently, rapidly, and affordably.

Lan N. completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley from 2008 to 2011. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance.
