Andrew Backen

Andrew Backen currently serves as Senior Vice President at Boundless since January 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew was with Touchstone for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included serving as President and Executive Vice President of Sales, focusing on staffing, development, management, and revenue performance aligned with company vision. Experience also includes a position as Senior Account Executive at Aerotek from 1998 to 2006, where sales territory development included major manufacturers in southwest Ohio. Andrew began a professional athletic career as a hockey player with the Memphis Riverkings in the Central Hockey League. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Miami University, obtained in 1996.
