Wanza Madrid

Wanza (Berry) Madrid has significant experience in client services and technology management, currently serving as the Vice President of Client Services at Boundless. Prior roles at Boundless include Director of Technology Services and Technology Program Manager. Wanza has also held the position of Manager of Customer Solutions at Promo Labs and worked as a Graphic Design Assistant on a contract basis at Windham Wholesale/Hi-Rise Balloons & Floral Supplies. Prior to that, Wanza contributed as an Inventory Specialist at Boundless Network and held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations, Director of Customer and Sales Support, and Director of Human Resources at HotLink. Wanza holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from McMurry University, completed between 1989 and 1996.
