Heidi Smith

Heidi Smith is currently the Executive Vice President of Program Delivery at Bounteous, where Heidi has held various high-level positions since April 2016. Prior to that, Heidi served in senior IT director roles at Ally Financial Inc. for over 17 years, managing various IT projects and initiatives related to automotive finance operations. Smith also has experience as a Manager and Consultant at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) working with clients in various industries. Heidi holds a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
