Kim Nelson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in benefits administration, payroll management, and operational oversight. Currently serving as Associate Director of Benefits at Bounteous since October 2015, Kim leads annual benefits renewals and manages implementation processes while troubleshooting technical issues. Previous roles include Senior Benefits Implementation Manager and Payroll Manager at Bounteous, Office Manager at Rover-Time, and Operations Manager at Twitter, where oversight of workplace management and vendor relations was key. Kim's early career included contributions to the American Bar Association and the Windy City Rollers, along with experience in recruitment and media relations.
