Nicole Dickson is an enterprise operator with 25 years of experience in business transformation and value creation. They served as Program Director at The Evans Hunt Group Inc., achieving an 800% scale in two years, and were the Founder & Managing Partner of Disegno Media. In recent years, Nicole has held roles such as Vice President of Operations at PetroFeed and M&A Integration Lead at Accolite. Currently, they are a Consultant at Nic Dickson Consulting Inc. and Director of M&A Integrations at Bounteous, where they focus on integration strategies and optimizing processes for seamless mergers and acquisitions. Nicole holds multiple degrees, including in Media Arts and Business Administration, and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Alberta.
