Rachel Wit

Rachel Wit is a seasoned operations and resource management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple agencies. Currently serving as the Director of Operations, Resource Management at Bounteous since December 2018, Rachel previously held positions including Resource Manager at Bounteous and Workflow Manager at The Sandbox Agency. Additional experience includes Resource Manager at Blast Radius and National Resource Manager at Fjord, along with earlier roles in creative project management and coordination at Rewards Network, iCrossing, and Energy BBDO. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fine/Studio Arts from New York University between 1996 and 1999.
