Ramya Selvan is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and HR operations. Currently serving as the Director of People Experience & Strategy at Bounteous India, Ramya previously held roles at Carborundum Universal Limited, where they advanced from Manager to Deputy Manager in Talent Acquisition and Management. Earlier in their career, they contributed to Reliance Retail as a Deputy Manager in HRBP, focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement. Ramya earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Pondicherry University and a Master of Social Work in Human Resources Management from MSSW.
