John Bourbonais

John Bourbonais is an accomplished producer, director, and cinematographer with extensive experience in the media production industry. Since January 2007, John has been involved with Bourbon Street Productions, where responsibilities include producing, directing, and operating cameras. Since February 2015, John has also contributed to Lever VR, focusing on innovative interactive Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) training applications. Additionally, John has directed and operated cameras for various formats, including commercial, sports, documentary, and corporate projects, while owning professional filming equipment such as the Arri Alexa and Sony HDCAM. Prior experience includes serving as Production Manager for the United States Olympic Committee from August 1998 to August 2002, where John helped establish one of the first high-definition production facilities in the country. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
