The BSO is one of the UK's top symphony orchestras with an illustrious history spanning over 125 years. Serving the South and South-West, we give over 130 concerts a year in Poole, Bournemouth, Bristol, Exeter, Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Cheltenham and many other venues throughout the world.

We have appeared on over 350 recordings so far with an incredible array of artists including current Chief Conductor Kirill Karabits, Paavo Berglund, Marin Alsop, Sir Simon Rattle, Sir Dan Godfrey, Constantin Silvestri and many others.
