Keith Moore

Keith Moore is a seasoned investment banking executive with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Sutter Securities, Inc. since October 2019, Moore leads a full-service investment banking firm based in San Francisco. As the Founder and CEO of Boustead Securities, LLC since April 2006, Moore has guided the firm in advising on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raises globally. Moore previously established Guild Bay Advisors as Founder and Principal, focusing on investment advisory services in Los Angeles. Earlier career roles include executive positions at Activision and International Consumer Technologies Corp. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master's degree in Finance from Eastern Michigan University.
