Paulo L.

Paulo L. has worked with several companies in the past decade. Paulo began their career as an iOS Application Developer at 9 Pieces Technology Ltd in May 2009. During this time, they developed several iOS games and applications, including HKJetso and HKFreeWiFi, which were among the Top 5 applications in the AppStore. Paulo then shifted to China Software Venture Limited in November 2009 as an iOS Application Developer until July 2011. After that, they founded Red Soldier Limited in September 2011, where they focused mainly on business development, project management, and serving as a team lead for the mobile application development team. In January 2020, Paulo became Co-founder of NoQ, an innovative platform aiming to eliminate bottlenecks for mass public-facing systems, such as online lucky draws, quota allocation, and flash sales. Paulo worked in this position until August 2021. Currently, Paulo is the Chief Technology Officer at Boutir, a company they joined in August 2021.

Paulo L. attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science.
