Benjamin Patock is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Benjamin currently serves as the Head of International Relations (Hemp/Cannabis/Tobacco) at Boveda Inc., where they provide 2-way humidity control for various industries. In 2021, Benjamin founded the Cigar Club of the Cannabis Industry (CCCI), a non-profit organization affiliated with Boveda Inc. Additionally, they are an Executive Board Member at Branchenverband Cannabiswirtschaft e.V., Germany's first professional association for the cannabis industry. Benjamin also has experience as a Management Consultant at Benjamin Patock Unternehmensberatung and a Brand Strategist at Cubitabo GmbH. Benjamin was the Founder and CEO of Solid Taste GmbH // NOBLEGO.DE, an e-commerce and publishing company. Benjamin has also worked as a Lecturer in Marketing at Hochschule RheinMain. In 2009, they founded Motivado GmbH, an automated video-coaching platform. Earlier in their career, Benjamin held roles as the Director of Product Management and Marketing Director at Hitmeister GmbH and worked as an Account Manager Interactive at Wunderman (Young & Rubicam).

Benjamin Patock began their education journey at Liebigschule in Frankfurt, where they pursued a Bilingual Education in German-French and graduated with an Abitur (High School Diploma) in 1997. Benjamin then enrolled at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Diplom in Media Management. In 2001, they participated in a student exchange program at Suffolk University, focusing on Entrepreneurship, Online Marketing, and Consulting.

Continuing their education, Benjamin pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing Management at EDHEC Business School from 2004 to 2005. In 2020, they attended Quadriga University of Applied Sciences to study Public Affairs for a brief period.

Currently, Benjamin is pursuing Public Policy and Regulation Strategy at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2021 to 2023. Alongside their academic pursuits, they have also obtained additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, as well as Kanban Practitioner from Lean Kanban Inc.
