Mike Stous

Mike Stous is an experienced sales and operations professional with a strong background in the cigar industry. Currently serving as a Sales Representative for OEM Tobacco at Boveda Inc. since June 2022, Mike previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at La Cultura Cigar & Social from September 2020 to June 2022, overseeing day-to-day operations, training, marketing, and policy development. Prior to that, Mike worked at Xikar as a Business Development Manager from February 2011 to September 2020, where multiple Employee of the Month awards were earned. Additional experience includes roles as Area Manager at Verizon Wireless/Express Wireless, Director of Sales/Game Day Announcer for Topeka Roadrunners Hockey, Retail Sales Representative at Verizon Wireless, and Account Manager at Cumulus Broadcasting. Mike graduated from Holton High School in 1994.
