Passive; Fire doors, compartmentalisation, intumescing products and associated building works

A/C load calculations and design to suit your building need
 

We later expanded our service to include refurbishment and building work as the above works impacted fairly heavily on occasions to the fabric of a building and we couldn’t rely on building contractors to be available when we required them.

We are currently engaged by AMP and Sydney University totally refurbishing 7 of their Uni Village apartment blocks and bringing them up to current standard against a Council Fire Order and completed 5 of them in 12 moths to a very satisfactory result.

 

Previously we have undertaken works on;

St Marys Cathedral in Sydney.  This is an ongoing project and we are designing and installing fire systems that are sensitive to the look and feel of the building whilst still maintaining maximum safety and protecting this great building.
The Horden Pavilion which was also subject to a fire order.  We designed and installed specific items which again were sensitive to the building and to its needs as a entertainment centre.
The head office of The Department of Education NSW in Sydney.  At the time a heritage building and we designed a fire services solution that again was sympathetic with the building and its heritage look.
The Kings Cross Tunnel.  Design and product choice and placement came to the fore here when we compartmentalised the tunnel using various products.  Whilst there we were asked to build a plant room at the Vaucluse end of the tunnel to house a jet engine to blow noxious gases emitted by vehicular traffic out of the tunnel.
