Gustavo Ayala

Gustavo Ayala is the CEO of BOLT Energy and the founder of Bow-e. They lead a fast-growing energy platform in Latin America, with more than 150 professionals and over 25,000 clients on Bow-e, and with presence in new markets in Brazil and abroad. Their work spans trading, self-generation, and distributed generation, aligning strategy, technology, and long-term vision. They previously served as director of trading at Grupo Bolt from 2016 to 2018, and held roles at ENEVA from 2014 to 2016, including regulatory and market intelligence manager, coordinator of regulation and market intelligence, trading manager, and senior energy analyst. They were a professor at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2009 to 2014, and completed Harvard Business School Executive Education OPM 60 (2021-2023).
