Currently serving as a Technical Advisor at Bow Robotics since February 2009, William has also held prominent positions such as Division President and President/CEO/Founder, specializing in ABB robots, including servicing, rebuilds, parts, training, and technical support. Previous roles include Division President of Aftermarket Services at Addtronics, President/CEO at FWR Media LLC, and Vice President of the Board of Education at Creative Inspiration Journey School of St Cloud. William's technical foundation is supported by a Bachelor's Degree from DeVry University and an LEOT in Laser-electro optics Engineering from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, alongside a strong background in customer service and engineering from ABB Inc.
