Mike Swift

Mike Swift is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in automation and robotics. Currently serving as a Board Member at MOV.AI since November 2022, Mike is instrumental in navigating the complexities of developing Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs). As Managing Director at Red Ledge since September 2022, Mike leads initiatives in state-of-the-art warehouse management systems and control technologies. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President at BlueCrest, following the acquisition of Fluence Automation, where Mike served as President and CEO, driving advancements in high-speed mail and parcel sorting equipment. Mike's career also includes pivotal roles at Bowe Bell & Howell and IBM, marked by significant contributions to software and sorting products. Mike holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Penn State University and advanced education from National Technological University and Northeastern University.
