Bill Rich

Bill is a seasoned investment banker and executive with 30+ years of M&A, financing and general management experience in technology companies. At Bowen, Bill co-heads the Cloud & Communications and Energy Technology practice areas where he has led numerous sell side, buy side and financing transactions.

Prior to Bowen, Bill was CEO of multiple software companies including Pingtel Corp. (acquired by Nortel), Aravox Technologies (acquired by Alcatel) and VocalData, Inc. (acquired by Tekelec), and a founding executive at ICG Telecom Group, a publicly traded communications services company. Earlier in his career, Bill was a technology equities analyst at William K. Woodruff & Company, where he covered stocks for the institutional market. Bill received a BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary.

He is qualified as a general securities representative and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
