Andy Raichle is a marine and coastal engineer who delivers projects in the coastal and marine marketplace, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex regulatory and ecological environments. They currently serve as the Executive Vice President of Marine Engineering & Climate Resiliency at Bowman Consulting and are the President of Watermen, a firm focused on solutions for coastal and urban environments. With experience spanning both large and small capital budgets, Andy has worked in various sectors, including utility, residential, and commercial, and is recognized for their expertise in coastal engineering. Their past roles include Vice President at Matrix New World Engineering, Sr. Vice President at BSG, Inc., and Marine Engineer at Olsen Associates, Inc. Andy holds a Master’s in Marine Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
