Anne Thomas

Anne Thomas holds the credentials of SPHR, GPHR, CCP, and CBP, with extensive experience in compensation and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Bowman Consulting since September 2025, Anne previously held multiple roles at W. R. Grace from January 2015 to September 2025, culminating in the position of Director of Global Compensation, where responsibilities included overseeing talent management practices and designing compensation programs across various global regions. Prior roles include Sr. Compensation and Global HR Specialist at Hughes Network Systems, where Anne managed compensation programs for North American operations and HR programs in multiple countries, and Human Resources Director at PTFS and CALIBRE Systems, focusing on HR policy development, compliance, and operational management. Anne holds an MBA and a BS in Logistics from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
