Don Sever

Don Sever is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in land development and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Bowman Consulting since July 2024, Don previously held similar senior management roles at Summit Design and Engineering Services and Hugh J. Gilleece, III and Associates, focusing on residential and commercial developments. Don's earlier career included significant freelance consulting at Tomorrows Design, PLLC, and leadership positions at WSP and ms consultants, inc., where expertise encompassed transportation project management, infrastructure design, and dam rehabilitation. Don holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Public Works Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
