Fred Seay has been involved in the construction industry since 1984 and is a licensed contractor as well as a Certified Building Official. Currently employed at Bowman Consulting and Dennis Corporation, Fred performs inspections on state construction projects and collaborates with local jurisdictions for additional inspections and plan reviews. Prior experience includes a role as Structural and Electrical QC at Osborne Company. Fred studied Drafting at Aiken Technical College and earned a diploma from Wagener-Salley High School.
