Jeff Ruppert

Jeff Ruppert, P.E., currently serves as Principal/Director of the Civil Energy Group at Bowman Consulting since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jeff was Principal Engineer at Odisea LLC from 2000 to December 2022, specializing in civil and structural engineering and sustainable building design in the solar and land development sectors. Jeff also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at SEI Professional Services from January 2015 to November 2022, managing business development and engineering services for the photovoltaic industry. Additionally, Jeff edited and published The Last Straw Journal from September 2012 to January 2017 and worked as Director of the Planning and Monitoring Division at Technologists, Inc. from November 2009 to April 2012. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno, and has previous education at UC Santa Barbara.
