John Wichner, P.E., PTOE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Bowman Consulting since February 2012, Wichner previously held prominent positions at McMahon Associates, Inc., where roles included Associate, Lehigh Valley Office Lead, and Senior Project Manager.
