Kenneth Welden, P.E., LEED AP, is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project development and management. They previously owned Civil Squared Engineering and served as Vice President of Development at Sunseeker Resorts from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Kenneth is the Business Unit Leader at Bowman Consulting and the President of K52 Consulting, where they provide owners representation services to developers and architects nationwide. They hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned in 1997.
