Leah Nagy

Leah Nagy is an experienced Project Manager at Bowman Consulting since November 2022, with a strong background in highway design from HDR, where work extended from June 2015 to November 2022. Expertise includes the design of highway and local road projects, utility coordination, and construction cost estimation.
