Mark Cassel, AICP, currently serves as Project Manager for Transit at both Bowman Consulting and McMahon, a Bowman company, since February 2023. Prior to this, Mark held various leadership roles at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) from December 2008 to January 2023, including Director of Service Planning and Director of Suburban Service Planning & Schedules, overseeing route and service planning. Previous experience includes Deputy Executive Director at the Transportation Management Association of Chester County and Transportation Planner at the Chester County Planning Commission. Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Juniata College and West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
