Matt Hines

Matt Hines serves as the Branch Manager at Bowman Consulting since August 2011, while also holding significant roles at Dennis Corporation until October 2023, including President, Chief Engineer, and Member of the Board of Directors. In these positions, Matt Hines managed all engineering divisions, provided technical support, led business development efforts, and contributed to corporate financial planning. Prior experience includes serving as a Transportation Design Manager, overseeing the management, planning, design, permitting, and bidding of transportation projects, as well as roles as a Civil Design Engineer and Construction Inspector. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a B.S. in Chemistry from Presbyterian College.
