Matt Lowder

Matt Lowder is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in land development and site design. Currently serving as Principal and Branch Manager at Bowman Consulting since October 2021, Lowder previously owned Triangle Site Design from January 2008 to October 2021, where expertise included commercial, residential, and institutional projects. Prior roles include Project Manager at Kimley-Horn, overseeing various engineering projects and receiving customer service awards, Project Engineer at DPR Associates, and Project Engineer at Blythe Construction, Inc. Lowder holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, earned in May 1994.
