Michael Salguero

Michael Salguero is a seasoned construction engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and contract management. Currently serving as a Construction Engineer II at Bowman Consulting since November 2019, Michael acts as the owner's representative for various construction contracts, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards. Prior experience includes a role as Associate II at CTLGroup, where involvement in thermal cracking prevention for concrete was prominent, and earlier positions as a peer tutor and engineering technician provided a strong foundation in civil engineering principles. Michael holds a Master of Engineering Management from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University, complemented by associate degrees in Mathematics and Pre-Engineering from Hagerstown Community College.
