Richard Hisert

Richard Hisert, PhD PG has a strong and diverse background in geoscience, environmental engineering, and mining operations. Richard started their career as a Geologist and Wetland Scientist at Rust E&I in 1994. Richard then moved on to work as a Program Director in Mining at Earth Tech, before transitioning to a role as a Senior Geologist Owner at H2H Associates, LLC in 2003. In 2005, they founded H2H Geoscience Engineering PLLC, where they served as the Owner. Richard'sexpertise led him to work as the Owner of Innovative Mapping Technologies LLLP in 2014, focusing on geologic, environmental, and construction solutions. Currently, Dr. Hisert holds the position of VP of Mining Operations at H2H a Bowman Company, bringing extensive experience and knowledge to the role.

Richard Hisert completed their Bachelor of Science in Geology at Marietta College in 1988. Richard then went on to earn a Master of Science in Hydrogeology from Old Dominion University in 1990. Richard later obtained their PhD in Geology with a concentration in Hydrogeology and Karst from the University of Florida in 1994.
