Rinnette Lowder

Rinnette Lowder is a Learning and Development Program Manager at Bowman Consulting, a position held since 2021. Previously, they were a part-time owner and office administrator at Triangle Site Design from 2015 to 2021, where they managed permitting processes and client relations. Rinnette also served as an instructional designer at the Marshall Institute from 1994 to 2015, contributing to the development of training materials and a certification program at North Carolina State University. Earlier in their career, they worked at Bank of America as an associate vice president, focusing on training for new product rollouts. Rinnette holds a master’s degree in Adult and Continuing Education from North Carolina State University, along with a bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution.
