Rob Eley

Rob Eley has extensive experience in the field of land development and right of way management. Currently serving as a Semi Retired consultant at Accepting Offers since January 2021, Rob also holds the position of Sr. Right of Way Specialist at Bowman Consulting, a role that began in April 2014. Additionally, Rob Eley has been the President and has taken on multiple roles, including Design Engineer and Land Development Consultant, at Rob Consulting & Design since June 1974.
