Stephen Garza P.E.

Stephen Garza P.E. has extensive experience in project management and civil engineering, having held key positions at various companies since 2011. Stephen worked as an Intern at TIC - The Industrial Company and served as a University Intern at First Baptist Church Lubbock before progressing to roles such as Civil Engineer at Curtain Wall Design and Consulting, Inc. and Project Manager at Brooks & Sparks, Inc. and Terra Associates, Inc. Currently, Stephen serves as Team Lead and Senior Project Manager at Bowman Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, with earlier studies in Civil Engineering Technology at Lincoln University and at Northeast Texas Community College.
