Stephen Sweeney is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Principal and Engineering Division Director at Bowman Consulting since October 2015, Stephen previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Engineering Division Director at KTA until its merger with Bowman in January 2021.
