Thomas Gibbs

Thomas Gibbs, PE is a Construction Engineer III at Bowman Consulting since February 2019, currently managing the inspection of field activities and overseeing bridge rehabilitation projects such as the $3 million I-294 Bridge Rehabilitation over Cal-Sag Channel.
