Tom Fleury

Tom Fleury is the Executive Vice President at Bowman Consulting, where they teach and mentor emerging engineers on client relations and engagement with civic and governmental agencies. With nearly 45 years of experience in development and entitlement, Tom advises on complex engineering and public relations challenges while marketing Planning and Civil Engineering services. Previously, they held executive roles at Cityline Partners, West*Group, Van Metre Commercial, Penzance, and Penrose Group, contributing to significant real estate projects across the Washington DC Metro area. Tom earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Texas State University and is currently pursuing a BBA from the same institution.
