Aleksandra Minakov

Aleksandra Minakov has been working in the field of talent acquisition since 2021 with bowmo, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as an EI and CPSE Service Provider at Step Up Therapy from 2013-2021. From 2013-2021, they were also employed at TheraCare as an ABA Therapist, EI and CPSE Provider. Here, they applied the principles of behavior analysis to treat patients with socially significant behaviors, working one on one with their patients and utilizing highly structured treatment programs. Aleksandra Minakov's work experience began in 2007 when they were employed as a Teacher at P.S. 334 The Anderson School.

Aleksandra Minakov attended Touro University in 2011, where they studied Students with disabilities grades birth through 2. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Hunter College, where they earned a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
