David Perry

Executive Vice President, Strategy at Bowstring Studios

David Perry has an extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. In 2022, they began working as the Executive Vice President of Strategy at Bowstring Studios. Prior to this, they were the Principal and Founder of Perry IQ, a strategy and marketing consultancy focused on healthcare, higher education, high tech, and philanthropy, from 2018 to 2022. David has also served as a Board Member for Lindsey Wilson College since 2010 and the Madison House Autism Foundation since 2021. Additionally, they were the Senior Advisor for Stanford Health Care from 2018 to 2021, a Board Member for the National Ability Center from 2018 to 2021, and the Interim Executive Director for Austim Spectrum 360, a collaboration between Seattle Children's and University of Washington, from 2018 to 2021. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Chief Marketing Officer for University of Utah Health, where they oversaw all marketing and communications functions including brand positioning, marketing research, product and content marketing, messaging strategy, and public relations. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Chief Marketing Officer for Bentley University. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Seattle Children's.

David Perry received their MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and their BS Business in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. David is currently a Doctorate Candidate in Organization Development and Change (D.ODC) at Bowling Green State University, which they began in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2024.
