Natalie Johnson has a wealth of work experience in the field of account services, communications, and client development. In 2020, they began their role as Vice President of Account Services at Bowstring Studios, where they are responsible for brand positioning, client relations, and business development. In 2021, they joined the Board Member of the Iowa Women's Leadership Network at the University of Iowa. In 2020, they became a Member of the Center for Literacy's Advisory Council at the University of Illinois Chicago. In 2010, they began their role as Director of Business Leadership at Momentum Worldwide. In 2007, they became Regional Sales Manager at Feld Entertainment, and in 2006, they became an Account Executive for Client Development at Northwestern University. Finally, in 2005, they began their career as an intern in Communications at the Big Ten Conference.

Natalie Johnson obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Sports Administration from the University of Iowa between 2001 and 2005.
