Andy Hayman has worked in the marketing and production industry for over 28 years. Andy began their career in 1992 as Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director at DNA New Media Group/Publicis, where they co-founded one of the first interactive agencies in North America. In 1998, they moved to CKS Partners as General Manager and Creative Director. In 1999, they became President and Chief Creative Officer at Sony Signatures/Signatures Network, where they oversaw all aspects of operations, creative and strategy for the world's largest music licensing, merchandising, sponsorship and endorsement company. In 2001, they were Executive Vice President at Organic. From 2005 to 2006, they were CEO at CoAMS. From 2006 to 2007, they were Senior Vice President and General Manager on the North American Leadership Team at Saatchi & Saatchi X. In 2007, they were Senior Vice President at Digitas. From 2008 to 2014, they were Managing Partner of Entertainment & Production at Mindshare. Since 2020, they have been Executive Vice President at Bowstring Studios.

Andy Hayman attended Monte Vista High School in Danville, Ca, before obtaining a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Andy also attended San Diego State University.

The Chicago office focuses on executive leadership and integrated production strategies to enhance client partnerships.
