Robert Mathers

Robert Mathers serves as the International Business Development Principal at Sikorsky, focusing on business development and enterprise solutions for European allies and partners since February 2021. As the Founder and President of Osnova Group since January 2020, Robert leads efforts in global enterprise risk management and international business development. Additional roles include Strategic Advisor at Bowsy and continued impact in various capacities at the United States Department of Defense from 2015 to 2020, where Robert functioned as a Senior Defense Official and Defense Attache. Previous experiences encompass leadership in the George C. Marshall Center, NATO Training Mission in Afghanistan, and multiple positions within the Department of Defense. Robert possesses an MA in Russian & Eastern European Studies from Harvard University, an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business, and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
