Vanessa Matos is a seasoned IT leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Gerente de Operações e Engenharia em Cibersegurança at BOX Group since 2025. Previously, Vanessa held several key positions, including IT Systems Coordinator at ANDRITZ and IT Manager at Grupo Marista, where they implemented strategic IT governance and project management initiatives. Educated in information management and technology, Vanessa has a strong focus on optimizing processes and enhancing team productivity through agile methodologies. They have also contributed to academia as a substitute professor at UFPR, sharing knowledge in information science.
