Michael Bent

Michael Bent is an Associate and Senior Interior Designer at ZGF Architects, where employment began in October 2020. In addition, Michael serves as an Instructor at the New York School of Interior Design since August 2019. Prior experience includes positions as an Interior Designer at Gensler from March 2018 to May 2020, Designer at IA Interior Architects from August 2015 to March 2018, and Junior Designer with Remodel & Construction Services at Colorado State University from April 2013 to July 2015. Michael's professional skills encompass drafting construction plans, managing material libraries, and facilitating public art commission processes. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Healthier Materials & Sustainable Building from The New School and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Colorado State University, along with a study abroad semester at the Paris American Academy. Additionally, Michael completed 34 design credits towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at Colorado State University.
