Our Digital platform connects fitness and wellbeing experts to any organisations looking to source a temporary or permanent instructor to host on-site classes or online classes. 

Our recruitment process is structured in 5 stages with a strict due diligence process and a Box Mind branded methodology developed around mind-body empowerment and workplace wellness.
We have now built up a database of more than 450 fitness instructors available in Europe.

Our trainers are physically present in All Europe (London, Birmingham, Brighton, Dublin, Paris, Brussel, Berlin, Munich, Paris and Milano) and our digital classes can be hosted internationally in 4 different languages.
